Nairobi – A growing cosmopolitan city that now stands as the most important city in Africa with its attractions, hospitable people and fine cuisine. Lake Nakuru National Park – Regarded as a Bird Lover’s paradise with over 2 million flamingoes that flock the lake to feed on the teeming algae, Over 450 different bird species have been recorded and also hosts a sanctuary for the Black Rhino and White Rhino. Maasai Mara Game Reserve – Also referred to as paradise with its vast savannah grasslands and scenic beauty. The Rivers meander through the park and it brings life to rich flora and fauna. Serengeti National Park – Shares the same eco-system as Maasai Mara and has endless plains of savannah grassland that is filled with teeming wildlife along the River. Ngorongoro Conservation Area – A world heritage Site and a crater filled with flora and fauna. It offers scenic beauty and is one of the largest unbroken caldera’s in the world.
Day 1: Nairobi – Arrival
On arrival at JKI Airport, get your visa sorted with immigration and after that you will head to the baggage hall. A final clearance will be done by the Customs and do exit the building where our guide will be awaiting your arrival.
A transfer will be arranged to the hotel for leisure.
Overnight at Eka Hotel
Day 2: Nairobi – Lake Nakuru
Drive time : 3.5hrs drive
Distance : 185kms
Breakfast will be served at 0730hrs followed by a check out. On check out you will depart at 0830hrs for Lake Nakuru National Park. Experience a leisurely and scenic drive with a brief stopover at The View Point as you marvel at the scenic beauty. Arrive at the lodge for lunch and leisure. Enjoy a game drive at 1430hrs as you search for wildlife and drive around the Lake. Return to the lodge for leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Flamingo Hill Camp (B/L/D)
Day 3: Lake Nakuru – Maasai Mara
Drive time : 5.5hrs drive
Distance : 280kms
Breakfast will be served at 0700hrs. Depart at 0730hrs for the world’s famous Maasai Mara Game Reserve. The drive will take you through dry lands and large wheat plantations. A stop will made at Narok for a break. This town is run by the local Maasai people and don’t be surprised to see cows walking around. The stretch from here to the Reserve is over a tarmac road and thereafter 70kms will be on a rough and bumpy track. You will arrive at the lodge in time for lunch and take a brief nap. Experience evening game drive in search of The Big Five. Dinner and Overnight at Olengoti Eco Safari Camp – Luxury Tent (B/L/D)
Day 4: Maasai Mara
Breakfast will be served at 0630hrs in search of wildlife. Enjoy a half day game drive in search of wildlife. Arrive at the lodge for lunch and leisure. At 1500hrs experience a game drive as you search of wildlife, Dinner and Overnight at Olengoti Eco Safari Camp – Luxury Tent (B/L/D)
Day 5: Maasai Mara – Isebania – Serengeti
Drive time : 9hrs drive Distance : 400kms
Early breakfast will be served followed by a check out. Depart for Isebania “The Kenya – Tanzania Border” with picnic lunch. On immigration clearance a change of vehicle will be arranged. Proceed to Serengeti National Park. Arrive at the lodge early evening for leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Sametu Camp – Classic Tent (B/L/D)
Day 6: Serengeti
Breakfast will be served at 0630hrs. Depart for a full day game drive as you search for wildlife and picnic lunch will be served. Dinner and Overnight at Serengeti Sametu Camp – Classic Tent (B/L/D)
Day 7: Serengeti – Ngorongoro
Drive time : 3.5hrs drive Distance : 150kms
Breakfast will be served at 0700hrs followed by a check out. Depart for Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Experience a leisurely drive and on arrival descend into the crater floor for a half day game drive as you search for wildlife. Picnic lunch will be served. Ascend the crater and a transfer will be arranged to the lodge for leisure. Dinner and Overnight at Ngorongoro Lions Paw Luxury Camp (B/L/D)
Day 8: Ngorongoro – Arusha – Departure
Drive time : 4.5hrs drive Distance : 180kms
Breakfast will be served at 0700hrs. A check out will be arranged and depart for Arusha.. Experience a leisurely and scenic drive with picnic lunch en-route.. On arrival a transfer will be arranged to JRO Airport to board your onward flight (B/L)
