The third highest mountain range in Kenya, the Aberdare Ranges are a scenic destination featuring steep forested ravines and open moorland. It’s a perfect habitat for a variety of wildlife such as forest elephants, black rhinos, leopards, spotted hyenas, olive baboons, black and white colobus monkeys, buffalos, warthogs and bushbucks among others.

What set out this park from the rest are the rare sightings of the giant forest hog, bongo, golden cat, serval cat, African wild cat, African civet cat and the blue duiker. Take a stroll to the impressive falls and indulge in some trout fishing in one of the pools. Bird lovers can spot over 250 species of birds in the park.
